Sometimes we are not able to get to our regular workouts because of injury or illness. The Wellness Workout audio series is a new program specifically designed for individuals who are stuck in bed. It is important to work at your own pace and modify exercises to your specific needs. Feel free at any time to rest, repeat or skip an exercise that does not work for your physical needs. All you have to do is lie back and let me take you though execises to help you heal. This program helped me when I had hip surgery. Movement is most important for health and sometime we have to move a little different when we are not at our best.
